The 5 inch tall flower vase has an oval fluted top that is 3.5 inches by 4.25 inches. The ribbed sides curve decreasing the container to an oval 2 inches by 3 inches. The ribbed foot flows outward to an oval that is 2.75 inches by 3.5 inches. There are no scratches or chips.
The engraved marking of "E. O. Brody Co. M4000 Cleveland, O. U. S. A" indicated that the floral vase was created sometime between 1958 and early to mid 1970s. E. O. Brody was a distributor, wholesaler that marketed emerald green, avacado green, clear, and milk glass vases, bowls, and other floral containers made by the Indiana Glass Company. In 2008 Anchor Hocking bought both of these companies.
