Bokar Coffee Tin Bank
$15.00
only
The bank is a replica of the packaging that The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A & P) had for their Bokar Coffee which was a dark roasted coffee brand of Eight O'Clock Coffee. Eight O'Clock coffees were exclusively sold at the A & P until 2005 when they were sold to the TaTa Group in India and distributed in other stores as well. The website describes it: "A select blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans, named for 2 famous coffee producing areas in Columbia, Bogata and Cartagena". This bank was a promotional item during the 1950s and 1960s. They were giving you a bank for all the savings you received by buying their coffee. It is approximately 4 inches tall, 2 inches wide, and 1.5 inches deep. The only slight scratches are on one edge. Clean insides.
