The cup has the Japanese Inarco sticker on the bottom while the saucer is stamped #E-825. The Fleur-Ever folded tag states on the front "Fleur-Ever Le Tetit French Bouquet by Inarco with a sketch of the Eifel Tower and little girl selling flowers". The inside of the vintage tag reads: " Fleur-Ever Flowers are made of durable polyathylene. They will last indefinitely, assuring you of many years of enjoyment. Care required is negilible. an occasional wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing in tepid water is all that is needed. Do not use detergent or cleansing agents." Other side states: "The Petit bouquet was first created in France several centuries ago and has remained a favorite floral arrangement to this day. It has now been adapted as a favorite arrangement in most countries of the world." As one can see, we do not have the flowers - only the tag. There is floral sticky clay in the bottom of the cup and was used to connect the cup and saucer.
