Kemple K Mark Indian Chief Toothpick Holder - Yutec Pattern

The holder is 3.25 inches tall and approximately 2 by 3 inches wide on top. The round pedestal base is almost 2.5 inches in diameter. There are no chips or scratches. All the lines under the base point to the "K" in the center.

This Tec pattern glassware was created by John E. Kemple Glass Works in East Palestine, Ohio who was in business from 1945 to 1970, Kemble bought the molds from McKee Glass Company of Jeannette, PA who bought the Yutec patterns from the National Glass Molds somewhere from 1908 to 1912. These were also produced in milk glass, clear, and blue. The Tec patterns were hand pressed glass made to liok like cut glass at a price the averange man could afford. Kovals dates this piece at 1955c.
