The six inch in diameter Wild Blue Rose pattern dessert plate was created in the 1950s by Homer Laughlin China in the USA.  There were three pastoral ware designes that Homer Laughlin China made for Quaker Oats to use a premiums in their cereal boxes.  The Wild Rose patter was the only one that other items could be ordered through Quaker Oats using coupons in the cereal.  The plate has a embossed floral design around the rim and has no knicks or chips.
