The blue bank is 6 inches from toe to heel and 3 inches tall.  It is an original Tootsie Bank.  (We think that it is from the 1940s).  The "  "Tootsie Bank" Trade Mark" is imprinted on the bottom of the shoe. We do not have the stoppers.
